When: Sunday, September 22, 2013
Time: Kid's Dash begins at 8:30 am, 5K Run begins at 9:00 am, 5K Walk begins at 9:05 am
Location: Central Park near Aquatic Center, 250 Library Lane in Grayslake

"Come out and Frolic with the Grayslake Running club!
Our Fall Frolic is the ONLY race in Lake County to offer Zumtri technology.
You can relive your race results as we transform your chip-timing results from the Fall Frolic 5K Run/Walk and provide you with post-race animation of YOU progressing through the 5K course.
Join us at our inaugural 5K Run/Walk and 1/4 mile Kids Dash.
Enjoy a walk or run around the scenic neighborhood of The Manor and through beautiful Central Park."
