86th Annual Lake County Illinois Fair: July 23 - 27, 2014
The Lake County Fair is a family friendly event from July 23rd to July 27th, 2014.
The Lake County Fairgrounds are located in Grayslake at the corner of Peterson Road and Midlothian Road.
From the Chicago Tribune:
"New this year, visitors can catch the antics of the U.S. Lawn Mowers Racing Association from Northbrook on July 26.
Veterans will have a free day on July 24, when a local country singer debuts, and fireworks will light the sky.
Beer lovers might enjoy the new craft beer festival and tasting on July 27, plus a pro-rodeo stampede is scheduled for July 24 and 25."
Tour the livestock barns, commercial and competitive exhibits, enjoy the variety food vendors, amusement rides, games and live music and entertainment.
