I am a full time realtor and real estate broker.
I have been selling real estate since 1998 with my wife and real estate partner, Susan.

Today we have a real estate team with buyers agents and office support staff to help our clients reach their real estate goals.

Our team works with buyers, sellers, short sales, foreclosures, new construction, investors and more.

The goal of my real estate team is to provide our clients with a high level of service.

Andrew Sipes, Buyer's Agent. A choleric finance major from the University of Illinois at Chicago - Andrew loves assisting all; whether you are buying your first house or your 10th house, Andrew adapts to your individual needs.

He pairs his finance knowledge, market knowledge, and house knowledge to help guide you towards making the best purchase for your situation.

Andrew knows the Grayslake market especially well, as he has lived there for 15 years.

In his free time Andrew loves to woodwork, bike ride, play basketball, and complete home improvement projects
