Cacao’s gourmet sweets and treats are handmade from scratch using the finest natural and organic ingredients and are always fresh to order. Just take a look at what our customers have sent in their love notes to us!
Cacao Sweets and Treats was founded by Candice Hunsinger in 2009. After many years in the restaurant industry, catering to friends and family and dreaming of “one day” having her own little bake shoppe, it was time to start offering her gourmet treats to everyone.
While online and catering-only at this time, we’re working on the opening of our new boutique brick and mortar shop set for May that will be located at 122 Center Street in downtown Grayslake, Illinois. Using local, farm fresh ingredients are a few ways we show pride in our products."
