From the Lake County, Illinois Convention & Vistors Bureau:

The 4th of July Parade kicks off the celebration at 10am on Main St. A children's Fun Fair follows at William's Park. There is a 5k run, picnic, entertainment and fireworks. The whole town celebrates this day-long event.
