1. Walk through the home prior to the closing.
2. Make sure that the home is in the same condition it was at the time the sales contract was written and accepted.
The final walk through is not to be considered as another home inspection or as a time to try to renegotiate the sales price of the home.

Kitchen Appliances and Washer & Dryer
Plumbing and Bathroom Fixtures including Sinks, Showers, Tubs and Toilets
Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures
Heating and Cooling Systems
Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Doors, Doorbell, Windows and Existing Storms & Screens
Garage Door and Garage Door Opener
Sump pump, Humidifier, and Water Softener
Any items that were negotiated to be replaced or repaired as agreed to from the home inspection.
Any personal property items that were to remain on the property per the sales contract.
